When it comes to running monitors, the most important things one needs to do is to keep the band comfortable and confident. It's not always easy, but it sure can be rewarding when you hear them play an amazing show. Outside of the RF world, I find myself most drawn to working with the band. I've always loved music and enjoy being an intermediary between them and the audience. I have worked with many talented musicians from all corners of the music world and if I'm lucky, I'll continue to enjoy the talent they bring to us.
